Consult the utilities' lists of authorized contractors before installing floor insulation, attic insulation, wall insulation, roof insulation, air sealing, ductwork, HVAC, plumbing, and windows to ensure eligibility for incentives. Many weatherization upgrades and improvements must be completed by a utility-authorized installer/contractor to qualify for utility incentives or rebates.
